Community Access

At Apex Community Carers, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to feel connected, included, and proud of who they are.

Our NDIS Community Participation supports are all about helping participants engage with their local community, develop new skills, and take part in meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
